We sell through authorized dealers only, because this hitch is not a carry-out item. There are several installation techniques involved that defy written description to understand. Personal demonstration seems to be the only sure way of teaching them. The skills involved are no more complex than mounting and balancing tires, however, no one can do that either without proper training and correct tools for the job.

    Dealers need to be established in a related business and use the Quick Hitch as an additional line, as the hitch is not a stand alone product. Our largest dealer is in the trailer repair, hitch mounting and truck accessories companies. Others are trailer sales and custom auto/truck accessories. Dealers also should be within service range of Pryor, Oklahoma, the home of Trogdon Enterprises.

    We expect dealers to put their customer’s needs and safety first when it comes to installing hitch equipment. This even includes selling our competitor’s equipment. {Some people like Fords, Some like G.M’s and some like Dodge etc.} If a customer doesn’t buy our product this time, but is satisfied with the dealer’s service, that customer will be back and send friends. Some of those friends will buy our products. 2% or 3% of a big customer’s business is better than 100% of one that puts himself out of business trying to be loyal to his suppliers instead of his customers.
